Dont really care. everything in store can be bought online and for a cheaper price too... To bad people working in those places are getting sacked though

Maybe they should have lowered their prices as time went on. I was in HMV last week just taking a look and most of the prices were like release prices for shit that was 4-5 years old. No one in the right mind would have bought from them.
This would have been a relevant thing to post for PCGamesN if the HMV in my town had actually [i]sold[/i] PC games.

Though, even if HMV hadn't sold PC games I still think this story is relevant to a PC gaming audience; the main downfall of HMV's gaming section is the rise in digital retail and the price cuts it can offer. No platform has embraced digital distribution stronger than the PC. It's interesting, then, to look at how the landscape has changed.
