Well... Gmod? Oh wait, I mean Garry's Mod, you know, the game. Must not confuse them.
Just stock up on podcasts, they're great. I recommend the RoosterTeeth podcast.

Start over any Pokémon game from new and just start playing, and you're entertained for hours.
Start over any Pokémon game from new and just start playing, and you're entertained for hours.
I went on a flight from Brisbane to Singapore, the private screens had pokemon yellow on them. As for my recommendation, play Diablo 2 on the flight. Good hacky-slashy that is fun from the get go. Also, where are you travelling?
Counter-Strike. Play on speakers. "The bomb has been planted" *beep* *beep* *beep*
Cave Story
Flight Simulator X triple the immersion
Pokemon.
Zelda: A Link to the Past
Short snacky games are usually best when you're limited in space/hardware. Thomas was alone (bring some headphones the voice acting is great) Super meat boy Space chem Get some emulators: Snes genesis Nes if you're into that sorta thing. Racing games are also great because you dont need a mouse and they're usually long. I recommend burnout: Paradise city Or the Need for Speed series is also a great time sink. Or you know, get some movies and watch those.
Pokemon
Evil Genius, Company of Heroes, Payday The Heist, StarWars Battlefront, Battlefield 1942, Counter Strike, Silent Storm, Trackmania, Civilization V, Zoo Tycoon, Halo, Black & White 2.
Pokemon sounds great... gonna take some emulators aswell
Assuming you have a laptop. Paradox Grand Strategy games like Eu3, CKII or Victoria II. They take up time can be saved and reloaded, etc. Age of Empires or Command and Conquer would also be some of my choices.
I like Civilization games on trips
