I want to upgrade my PC for my birthday but I ain't sure if I want to. But if I do I want to know what I could get with 280 dollars (Or 340 if I don't use my Summer Sale money, mainly 240). I want to upgrade my Graphics card mainly, but I don't know if I will need a new motherboard so here are my spec I want Newegg links since my brothers recommend Newegg. But if I need to upgrade other stuff to get a graphics card working, could you list them down with newegg links? And possibly adding up to 280 (Or 340, mainly 240) dollars?
Please post your power supply's wattage and model. I would say upgrade your motherboard and processor over upgrading your graphics card. It would probably serve you better in the long run. If you were to upgrade your graphics card, you would want to get the GTX 760 (preferably EVGA, non-reference cooling). If you were to upgrade your motherboard and processor, you would want to go for the $340 budget, and get an i5-4670k with a z87 overclocking motherboard. The cheapest but still good solution is the MSI z87 G41, and the most commonly picked gaming boards are the g45 gaming (with superior audio) and the z87x-d3h (with more USB 3 and better BIOS). These however, will probably put you slightly out of budget, and the G41 should almost exactly match it. You may, however, not be able to upgrade either of these if your PSU is not sufficient enough to handle it. The processor and motherboard won't add too much TDP, but the video card adds a lot (150W).

AC 240V is all I could get at the back.
