School is coming back up on the 19th for me and I desperately need to start sleeping early again as I find myself staying up until 6AM and waking up at 3PM.
Are there any seemingly easy ways to get my sleep schedule synchronized with my soon to be school schedule? I've been thinking about using the sleeping pills I've got stashed in my room, but I don't know how well those would work.
Try working out hard during the day to poop yourself out early for bed.

Oh wait, I forgot. This is Facepunch. The most physical exercise people get here come from the trips up the basement stairs to the bathroom and back. In that case, drink a lot of water. Make many trips.
Stay up 24 hours then go to bed at the time you would normally.
That's exactly like me. Sleep at 6AM, wake up at 3PM.
For these first 2 or 3 days, try going to sleep at midnight. If after 3 days it's not fixed, or at least better, you might want to try the pills.

I think I'll do this, it's already 4AM so I'll just wing it and goto bed around midnight.
Or I'll forget about this plan, fall asleep at noon and be awake all night again.

That's what I do when I travel. Usually when I go to Europe, my flight is around 7pm... I stay up the whole night before, and the whole day before the flight... that way I can sleep on the plane. When I get there it's 8am, and no jet lag.
Coming back is the hard part.

This seems to be a reasonable idea as well.
