So I called my ISP (Charter Communications) because my internet connection has been constantly dropping. They pretty much told me my shit was out of date, to buy new shit from them, and to go fuck myself.
I then texted a friend who told me I could just update my Modems firmware (I have no clue what firmware is), so I accessed my Modem through my browser and goggled the firmware software for my Modem. I eventually found the software which was in a WinZip, and the WinZip unzipped it into it's own folder in my C: Drive.
So now I'm sitting here with 4 files, and no clue what to do next. All I've found out so far is that the remove.exe is just some shit to remove USB's or something.

:frown:
It looks like the type of driver which is used to install hardware to a PC. Maybe you need to connect the modem to the pc, then when it asks for drivers, send it to those 4 files
