Call of Duty: World at War lagging since I upgraded to a GTX 470

So, recently I bought myself a shiny new GTX 470. Installation went fine, the thing is amazing (I saw a 70%-80% FPS increase over my old GTX 260 in BF:BC2).
Yesterday, I decided to fire up CoD:WaW. With my old setup, I was getting solid 60 FPS (which, I believe, is the max you can get), and never got any input lag. I'm getting around 50-60 with the new card, but I'm getting a lot of input lag (there is some delay between me moving my mouse, and my gun moving in-game), and random FPS drops (it will go as low as 20 FPS). Even with all of the settings on the lowest possible, I'm still getting input lag, and FPS lag spikes.
I'm on the latest driver version (260.99). My old GTX 260 ran the game fine with the same driver, and one of my friends with two GTX 260's in SLI on the same driver is having no issue, so we can practically rule that out.
Specs:
i7 860 @ 2.8 GHz
8GB of Samsung (go figure..) RAM (4x 2GB modules)
ASUS ENGTX 470
Windows 7 Home Premium, 64bit
tl;dr CoD:WaW is expereincing random lag spikes, and input lag with my new GTX 470. Helep.
How about other games beside BC2?
As far as input lag goes, try disabling VSync.

Well, I can test CoD:BO as soon as it comes later today. Otherwise, Lead and Gold works fine, EVE works fine, CS:S works fine. I'll test MW2 and CoD4 now.

I usually never have VSync on, but I'll check just in case.

Nope. Crysis, MW2, Global Agenda, CoD4, all fine. I've heard from people that W@W doesn't like beta drivers, perhaps that's the issue?
Well, try it without the beta drivers and report in.
