Read the whole article. It's great that they're taking the pc port so seriously.

The Gears UE port was somewhat rushed, only release announcement was a twitter drop, and I got fucked because my specific card model has problems with the games. But other than that its a fine port. Just really needs crossplay.
If I remember correctly most titles have been tests up until this point. Killer Instinct was a mostly great port. Tomb Raider was decent and Gears 1 started off rocky but ended up okay. Quantum Break was terrible and was mainly the developers fault. Forza 6 Apex was a rock solid port.
The recent Forza port is quite good and that's a UWP, I think Microsoft has gotten it ironed out.
