I just hope they don't include loads of stealth missions, I'm also curious how combat with assault rifles will be now that the series has moved away from WWII.
This is going to be amazing to play online.
Goddammit, it is people like him who cause trouble for the men of war series.
The interface is DESIGNED to control like 7 guys max.
The huge missions where you control a bunch of these blathering idiots are a massive headache.
Managing that magic shot with an AT gun, piecing the vehicle back together after the crew bails out, and then stealing it for your own purposes is the entire magic of the series. Direct controlling that one half-crewed tank as it wreaks havoc on a level is where the series shines. Managing your units and their inventories so that you can pull out an interesting tool like dynamite, wire cutters, or even throwing knives at the right time is what makes the series special. The inventory is supposed to be a goddamn feature, not just an annoyance that you occasionally have to deal with when your units expend all their fucking ammo.

There's only sp and coop.

BUT. As it's on the GEM engine. Someone can just port it over and make combat off of it.

Aw what the fuck, that's horrible news.
I hope they seriously reconsider that.
but it's rps, they advocate indie pc games and shit
Men of war isnt exactly indie.
It's made by 1C and the series has at one point been published by ubisoft.
Yeah. I get their annoyance at the fact that they have little ammo and an inventory system. But the glory of it is getting this squad/ platoon of soldiers through the heat of battle through any means necessary.
That being said. Inventory management is much easier if you have a coop partner.
A game that has a Vietnamese mission? Finally game devs have tried something new other than just USA FTW thingy, hooray! (but the rest is still the same, d'awwwww...)
Dude have you ever played Men of War?
The USA is the 2nd to worst faction out of 6 factions.
The developers are russian, so the russians are the best faction.
Nah. They have a major boner for the Germans too.
But yeah, face the US against anything other then the Japanese and depending on how you use it youll probably just get fucking killed.
Early British is kind of terrible too.
Won't be as good as Assault Squad.
