So I bought a monitor a week or so ago and at first, it was fine. After a while, I noticed that all edges were flickering and waving, as was everything else. It's hard to explain with words what it looks like but it happens frequently and makes everything look blurry and text becomes hard to read, it also hurts my eyes and I like my eyes. Just as I typed that it's started waving again.
I can see lines moving up the screen continuously and the edges of the screen have gone from straight to jagged. I just need help determining what the problem is, even my 10 year old CRT does better than this.
Here's a low quality video of what it does. Reminder that it doesn't always do this, there are periods in which the display is crystal clear:
This isn't the most intense it can get, this is pretty mild.

Pretty sure I've pinpointed the problem, a loose connection of some kind inside the monitor. When I tip the monitor to a certain angle it will stop waving completely until I put it back down. Can anybody else confirm that a loose connection is the issue here?
Well, if the other monitors work fine and the connections are fine (e.g. VGA cable securely plugged in), then I suggest returning this monitor under it being faulty.

I did take it back, the store said there was nothing wrong with it and they downright refused to refund me.
I'm just taking it to a different shop tomorrow to see if I can get a repair.
On a side note, my bloody eyes hurt.
Could it be a fucked up refresh rate?

It only has 59Hz and 60Hz, same problem on both.
