Usually when you listen to an album, and then listen to it 20-30 more times consecutively, you realize it's one of your favorite albums; which, in-turn, makes them one of your favorite bands.
We all have them.
At least 10 favorite albums, that got us sold on different bands.
Notice I did not say TOP 10, just any 10. Normally for anyone it is hard to divide our favorite albums by how much more you like one. So no order, simply 10.
But for the sake of narrowing without bias, just keep it to this past decade.
I'll do mine for sake of thread and example:
1. Avenged Sevenfold - Waking the Fallen/Avenged Sevenfold(self-titled)
2. Machine Head - The Blackening
3. Red Hot Chili Peppers - By The Way
4. Alkaline Trio - Crimson
5. Bullet For My Valentine - The Poison/Scream Aim Fire
6. Rob Zombie - Hellbilly Deluxe 1 (2 is mediocre compared to 1)
7. Mastodon - Crack the Skye (I loved a few songs from each prev. album, but this whole album first)
8. Between The Buried And Me - Colors/The Great Misdirect(cover album was awesome, but I wouldn't count it as an actual album)
9. Alice In Chains - Black And Blue (for same reason as Mastodon)
10. The Killers - Hot Fuss/Sam's Town
I'm retarded, time to redo it for the last decade.
