I hope he gets away with it.
You get punished by [b]death[/b] for 'aiding the enemy'? I hardly call it that, when he's just giving out information for all to see, not a specific 'enemy'. If an 'enemy' wants to see it, then, oh well. If they also want military secrets, well, secret, then they should have no out-side connection and monitor all computers and have on-site accommodation. Otherwise, they should shut up. Hope he gets away with it, though. Would hate to see him sentenced to death, glad he's not in a bad place right now.
I was really rooting him for the peace prize, I know all the nominees deserved it but he's been through a lot from all this.
He won't get the Death Penalty, not from the Federal Government. State Governments? Sure, but even then, most States rarely give it out.
