Video conference with multipule users - with a twist.

Ok, so, my friends and i were thinking about a program that would display your screen in a window on his computer and his screen on my window.
So if like i had my 2nd monitor enabled i can put that program up and see what he sees on his screen and he can see what I see.
Now person to person is great, but what if there was 3 or 4 people? Like, there's a 2x2 panel in the window, with all of the screens displayed. So say if I get killed in MW2 for whatever reason, I can tell them to check my killcam to see what happened.
I can try to explain better if needed, but if a program like this doesn't exist, do you have any ideas on how to make one? Would be in VB or probably C.
If there is a multi video conference program already that is open source that would work, and we could adapt it to work for what we need. Even if the video feed is under a 1 or 2 second delay for compression and decompression.
Thanks.
Thanks a lot for posting. The information is really helpful with my research. I am working on a research for our company regarding the things mentioned in this blog. My friends told me to go to this blog too. Good post!

What?
I'm rather sure nothing like this exists. I doubt a video conference would work, either. The delay and quality would probably be unbearable.
And why is it for whining in Mw2?
Can't you use Skype (Business edition for multiple users) and share your desktop?
Macromedia Breeze.
