I'd say something about their state media 'blasting' us about our currently solved shutdown problem, and then make a witty remark about this... But we already have a ton of video games out and on their way where we invade their country. So I'll just let it be.
With all that money, population and infrastructure, it's a tragedy that they can't actually get shit done like that.

I mean hell, their air and rivers are polluted to fuck (bottles and dead pigs). Dunno how long this outcry will last though. Not sure how the Chinese deal with these kinds of situations in today's world. Guess tougher police action or whatever.
