My Dear Disco (MDD) played at a music festival that I go to every year, and needless to say, they made me an instant fan. They also played at Lollapalooza 2010 if that means anything to you. The live performances turn into some pretty intense dancing. I met some of the band members and chilled out with their guitarist for a bit at one of their performances. A friend of mine was recently playing with them as a bassist (he's insanely good). I think he might be joining the band, but I'm not sure. Most of their music is available for free on their site - dancethink.com. For the not-free stuff, they use the "name-your-price" style, where you can download it for however much you want, but most of their stuff is free. I suggest giving them some money. I think they deserve it. You can listen to all their music on soundcloud too if you don't feel like downloading anything. Click on the images to listen to the albums. Dancethink is the best in my opinion. I just thought I'd introduce it to those who may be interested.
