• How often do you brush your teeth?

I had a conversation earlier with a friend where he disclosed to me that he only brushes his teeth 3 times a week at most. And it made me curious, how often do other people brush their teeth? So... How often do you brush your teeth?
-snip I can't fucking read-
I usually do two times a day, but tend to slip up in the mornings if I have a longer stretch of nothing planned like a summer holiday brings.
When I get up and when I go to bed. The first prepares you for the beating your teeth will receive during the day and the second helps make them healthier while you sleep. I usually also brush my teeth before going out to parties/important meetings. Remember, you can't smell your breath cause you live with it constantly but other people can, so make a good impression and keep your breath and teeth in shape.

2 - 3 times. Twice usually, but if I remember I try to get a third brushing in midday. Edit: If I'm drunk that night I usually forget which probably balances out how often I brush three times.
Every morning. I slip up sometimes on brushing them in the afternoon depending if it's been a long day and I'm too tired to even change clothes.
I'm a little surprised some people don't brush at all
Once, before I go to bed is enough. Or so I hope...
I would prolly brush in the morning if I got some flavorless toothpaste. I just brush at night for now. [editline]28th August 2016[/editline] Expert question: Who flosses?
I only brush on days that I'm going out and suprisingly my teeth aren't yellow.
Two times a day, three if I ate something garlicky or oniony. I'm pretty bad about flossing though. If I do it, it's right before bed
Eh I just use mouth wash after I brush. Who has time to floss?
Mouth wash doesn't do as much as floss, if you can take the time to brush your teeth you can take the time to floss, don't be lazy with your teeth seeing as you only get one permanent set. Trust me I went through so much shit with mine you don't even want to know, flossing helps tremendously.
2-3 times per week I can't be arsed to do it everyday and my teeth still look like shit, not to mention one of them just started falling apart piece by piece.
I'm a little surprised some people don't brush at all
It might be because there's no '1/2' or '1/3 or less' options. For instance, I try to brush once a day, but some days I either forget or just get too tired to care, so it's closer to 2/3 or 1/2.
Eh I just use mouth wash after I brush. Who has time to floss?
With enough practice, you can get it down to like a minute or two.
With enough practice, you can get it down to like a minute or two.
I have a permanent retainer behind my front teeth, it will never be that fast :v:
Once a day, in the morning, but really should twice. I just can't be assed to do it at night.
Theres no real proof flossing does anything though
according to what? Cause the dentist and my orthodontist tell me that flossing helps prevent gum disease and gets bacteria out of your gums where the toothbrush cant possibly reach.
Theres no real proof flossing does anything though
Idk man, ever since I started flossing my gums don't bleed and are healthy and pink. I don't know how someone can't believe that getting food that's stuck between your teeth out won't have an overall positive affect on oral health and hygiene as opposed to letting it just sit there decaying in your mouth.
I use a waterpick every time I need it so I'll call that a 4+
I tend to brush my teeth two times, but about three years ago it was rare for me to brush my teeth due to the rot on them which caused nothing short of immediate pain for breathing icy-cold air.
I floss/mouthwash every day but brush maybe once a week. My teeth are pretty much perfect, aside from being yellowish. The dentist said it was just a genetic thing.
Once a day, twice if I remember.
after breakfast and before shuteye like clockwork

I never brush, and never did, not even as a kid. I do floss (plackers are a goddamn gift to this earth by aliens, i swear) occasionally though, brushing never did me any good except give me a mouthful of blood, even with the softest brushes I could find. Honestly, the fact my teeth are misaligned to hell and back is far worse than any yellowing or bad breath I may have. I never could afford and now never will because of time and headache, ever get braces.
