No humor. Don't laugh at anyone and don't try to be funny. Although this happened sometime ago we can't forget. Respect each other. I just got back from my mom's funeral, and I'm in the mood. Here's mine I had just got off the bus when my stepfather came and picked up me and my sister. They were talking about it on the radio, I think I was 9 or 10. I asked my stepdad how someone could be that mean and why they would do it, I then asked how many people survived. I heard him sniff then shake his head and said in a cracked voice, "I...I don't know." Later on my sister told me that my stepdad's eyes had tears in them and he was clutching the steering wheel really hard. I watched the news for like 3 hours that night. When we got back to school everyone went to the cafeteria and a projector played recordings of the news on what had happened. We had three consolers that each told us some stuff and all said that if anyone wanted to talk about it they could go to them. We stayed in the cafeteria all day. We didn't go to recess, we just sat in the cafeteria, barely anyone talked.
on september 11th, the twin towers fell
My 9/11 memory was getting pulled out of school and not knowing what the hell was going on. My memory today was too many 9/11 threads being posted
i was in history class when they said something about airplanes and twin towers and took us to staff room and watch the whole thing happen
me and my dad were watching tv then all the channels were 9/11 related, and i live in Canada, so it was big
I watched 3 hours of 9/11 stuff on history channel today because I was bored.
I was at work, couldnt believe it when it happened was unreal!
I'd just come home from college and it was on the news. The first plane had hit and I thought it was an accident of some kind. Then the second hit and for a few seconds I was still thinking: accident, trying to work out how two planes could hit one after the other. At the time it was unthinkable that somebody could do that on purpose.

My September Eleventh memory is complete blackness. I was asleep, and no one woke me up.
Came home from school, my mum was watching it on BBC 24. I was kinda shocked. To be honest, I remember the 7/7 bombings more.
i was around 7-8 years old and i remember coming home from school and the conversation was seriously like this Mom: Hey 2 airliners crashed into the world trade centre Me: Oh no, where did it happen? Mom: In New York City Me: oh thats not good Mom: i know Me: well whats for dinner? and basically it was just another normal night
I was in school and it got canceled and I was like fuck year I then proceeded to play on my Nintendo 64

I got laid on 9/11.
I got laid on 9/11.
What year?
I remember I was getting ready for school, we were watching the news, and BAM, the WTC got hit by a plane. That's pretty much all I remember. Not too keen in the memory department.
What year?
2001. It was before the attacks though.
An announcement came over the P.A. asking for a minute of silence. I didn't know why. It was 8 years ago. Suck it up and move on.
I was at school when i think a classmate told us. For some reason news spreads like a wildfire, even among young kids. But news stays news, so we went on to learn shit only to get home and see the wtc on tv for the following weeks if not months.
I was on the bus and then everyone listened to it on the radio at school.
Was in class, right before the towers were hit, my teacher came into the room talking about something on the news, that some pilot wanted to land on the brooklyn bridge. A few minutes after, school was let out, and I walked home. I played with my legos as my parents watched the news, and were completely silent.
I remember I was peacefully reading a book, don't remember what book, though.

I was in school when it happened. the bastards at our school didn't tell us shit. we didn't even know it was happening. I got home and my mom was crying and my dad was just sitting there with his jaw dropped basically.. I saw planes hit the twin towers. Thats all I can remember. They played the video Over And over And over.
i was in the third grade and i looked to the TV and saw a smoldering building "what now and why should i care?"
Coming back home and not really noticing what was going on, my parents and brother were in a huge argument. Next couple of months I didn't see him, they told me he went to college when he really enlisted for that cause.
8 years ago I was just coming out of school at like 3:30, cos of the time difference between here and the east coast of the US, and I remember my dad telling me we had to get home to watch the news because some shit was going down with some towers I'd never heard of. Got back, watched the news over and over amazed at this age that this crazy shit happens in real life, hours our family sat around watching the tapes over and over, for that its one of the most memorable moments I have in my life, just watching that shit go down. 8 years on, tonight I went to a party and fingered my girl friend, so atleast there is some good in this world.
I was chilling playing some late PS1 games, and then I decided to turn to the news afterward. Bam.
I was chilling, watching something on TV (some MTV I think), with my grandma and mom sitting on the sofa, having a conversation. Suddently my aunt scream loudly and run into the room, grabing the controler and tuning on Fox. I saw the first tower already burning Even not living on the US, we all was shocked. Then I say: "Look! Another plane" Everyone was like "Stop playing with that!", "Don't be silly", "Its just a replay" and shit like that. When the other planet hit the secund tower, I stand up and "AHA!!! I told you, BITCH!*' I said "Bitch" in english, which isn't my native lenguage, so it wasn't as horrible as some people would expect
