• Building new gaming computer. Looking for advice/suggestions.

So I recently realized that my computer was due for an upgrade after it struggled to even start games like DA:I. So ultimately I decided I needed a new computer. After getting advice from a few people, and ultimately figuring out my plans to go about buying it. I came up with this. But since those people seem to be busy more often I figured I may as well look to Facepunch for advice. I don't really have a budget ceiling but if there are areas you notice I could shave off money it'd be appreciated. I am mostly looking for something I can max pretty much everything on, and am a little rusty on building and what's best these days. I mostly play games that aren't very demanding like TF2, Dota 2, and Warframe but would like the ability to play more demanding games.
There's better motherboards out their for the better prices. For example: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z97extreme3
There's also no point for you to have an i7. Get an i5 4690k, and swap the 970 out for a 980 [editline]3rd December 2014[/editline] There, more gaming performance at a lower cost.
