He only uses the computer to surf the web and watching movies. I chose the following parts. The case can come after. I don't know which PSU is reliable. I need help choosing out the last few parts. Please use only www.canadacomputers.com as I have one of the retailers down the street. Budget is 400 CAD excluding the OS and peripherals. Can go above but i prefer to stay under, Including the 13% tax.
Get any PSU made by Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, OCZ or Enermax. Also get 4 gigs of ram instead of 8.
How much watts is enough for the computer? 400? or 500?
This PSU http://canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=33_442&item_id=036731 Changed the ram to 4 gigs instead of 8 but you can still get 8 if you want. You could run it on a 250w PSU but I recommend at least 400w incase you decide to add a small graphics card later on.
Probably not gonna get a graphics card in the future.
