Hi I'm trying to upgrade from Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate. It gives me the choice to install either 64x or 86x. I tried both but they both don't work. Any idea what my problem is?
What is the current architecture of the OS currently installed (start menu and right click on computer and click properties)? Also does your processor support 64 bit processing (google it and if it shows x86-64 then it is)
I said in the title that my computer is 64 bit. When I choose either option it doesn't let me install :{

Does it give you an error?
