Hey guys, I just found all of these that someone left behind in the house, I'll get more details on what's here and what condition they're in but here's just a couple pics of them to start: If there's anyone who can help me here I'd be grateful
Setup a bench in the strip mall parking lot and offer $15 firm for each record. $20 if they haggle. Edited: Oh god, I see TWO Rod Stuart albums. Edited: Oh man, you actually have a few good ones.
I looked online and Michael Jackson Thriller, 1982 edition goes for around $200-350, is this shit for real or is there some sort of catch?

I'd honestly keep hold of them, don't sell them.
Look em up on Discogs. That's easily the best place to price secondhand vinyl.
In all honestly they're probably not worth much at all, those all look like albums that were probably pressed in huge numbers and kept in print for a while. You can get a copy of Thriller in Very Good condition for £2 They may be valuable if they're obscure versions in mint condition i.e they've never been played.
I'll take the bunch for 10 dollars
The local used media store here sells vinyls for b/t 2 and 5 dollars, so probably not much.
any boards of canada albums?
Check to see if they were limited/original pressings, if they are and they're in good condition they might be worth something but they all look like albums you can get for spare change in the bargain bin of record stores/thrift stores. popular/bigger LP's = more pressings/releases = less value
dude that beach boys one is nice. buy a nice, non crosley TT and listen to them
Thanks for the help guys, I love you homies. I will post pictures of all of them if someone requests but for now I think I'll just hang onto them for a few decades.

Old vinyls aren't worth a whole lot unless it was a rare print, a mistake in an early batch, in absolutely immaculate condition, or signed. You could probably put them up at a yard sale for $10 a pop but they're not worth thousands or anything.
top picture i reckon anywhere from $2-8 could get more for beatles/stones but doubt it. they're most likely in sub-par condition too. you may as well keep them since they're not very rare but they're pretty good records anyway. [editline]10th November 2013[/editline] oh I see the White Album, that's probably the most valuable one you have there
There should be a ring on the inner part of the disc or something that can tell if the disc is an original press (first edition) or similar. Those usually go for quite a bit but mainstream albums are never really as worth as the more obscure ones. Source: I have a collection of 1000+ vinyl records. [editline]13th November 2013[/editline] And I read some stuff online at one time I think.
Sell me that Beatles album. Also the Beach Boys album. Pleeeeeasseeee. Also looks like you got the White Album underneath Help! Mmmm Beatles...
I'd buy the Stones one for $3
I work at a record store, OP, and I do this sort of thing for a living. So lets see... That Thriller album is obviously one of the most common in the world so it'll net you about 5 dollars, OP. The Beach Boys uhh... 5 dollars. The Beatles albums... chhhhhhhhhh I'd rate that one about 5 clams, OP. The Alan Parsons project album is worth no more and no less than 5 greenbacks, sailor. Blondes Have More Fun, though, is about 5 bucks, cash in hand. The other four Rod Stewart albums are probably worth about 5 dollars (each, not as a set). If you were to sell them as a set you could probably get 5 dollars for the lot, though. That Rodney Hardcock LP you have, "Between a Hardcock and a Hard Place" is one of my favorite albums from the eighties, but it is only worth about 5 bucks. That one is a total loss, but thankfully I see you have the complete discography of Abba to sell, and you could get about ehhhhhhhhhhhhh 5 big ones for those, but only if you have tiny hands and consider a regular 1 dollar bill to be a "big one." I would definitely get rid of that album by convicted arsonist Neil Diamond, though, or else you're probably going to get a posse of lawmen raining down on the ol farm before too long. If you wanna sell that one quickly I suggest asking 5 dollars for it.
