I know this may not be that interesting, and even I don't like to read a wall of text but I thought I might as well write something and tell some people about my experience. Well here we go.
On Thursday (i'm writing this on Monday) I woke up in the middle of the night with intense stomach aches, and I shrugged it off and went to sleep. When I woke up at about 7am I was having some mild stomach aches but I used to have them almost every morning so, as before, I passed them off. First period was gym and oddly enough the pain was going away as I was walking around and doing all that shit, but I still was not feeling normal. I then went to tech ed (which is basically wood shop) and was feeling awful. After about 20 minutes I couldn't handle the pain and went to the nurses office. She asked me some questions and one of them happened to be "Did you eat breakfast?" I didn't think about it but that might have been what was wrong, even though these didn't feel like hunger pains. She then sent me back to class.
I'm going to not talk about the next two periods because its just me lying my head on my desk and go to the nurse two more times while my friends try to give me sympathy by saying they know how much pain I'm in. Dumb asses. After fourth period, I had lunch. I was thinking that maybe this would fix everything! Maybe the nurse was correct in saying that I was just really hungry. Well, she was wrong. The food had no effect on me, but I finished eating it anyway because it couldn't hurt to get some food in me. It was still lunch period and I was feeling horrible so I left the cafeteria and went to the nurse and she sent me home. (Side note here, there was this fat mexican kid who was waiting outside the office to talk to her and when she was done talking to me she asked him what the problem was and he replied with "I have a headache" and she said "Well im going to send you home then" that really pissed me off, just give him some aspirin.) As my mother couldn't pick me up to bring me home I walked home. I got home and just tried to sleep it off, which didn't work at all.
On the next day, friday, my mother stayed home from work because this stomach ache was odd, no matter how much medicine I took or how much sleep I tried to get it woulden't go away. Throughout the course of the day my mother called up my doctor and the doctor said it might be an inflamed appendix and that she should press some points on my stomach and have me jump up and down a bit and of course, the place where the pain was coming from was the bottom right part of my stomach. At about 7pm we decided to go to the hospital. Now I'm going to admit it, I'm 13 years old and of course I didn't really want to go to the hospital but I was in so much pain I didn't even care.
Once we got to the hospital they had me wait around a bit and have my mother fill out some paperwork. They brought me into a room and had me put on a gown. The doctor came in asked me some question and left. Another doctor came in asked me the same questions and left. Then another doctor came in and asked me a few of the same question and then sat down and did some test. He pushed down on my stomach and told me I would be going to the general hospital to get some more serious tests done. After he left a nurse came in gave me a cup and told me to go to the restroom to get some urine. I came back, gave the nurse my cup and long story short she have me an IV and drew some blood. I was a bit afraid of the IV and getting blood taken as I had never had it done before but I didn't really mind because I knew these where the steps to getting my problem fixed. After all that was done with, they told my mother to drive me to the other hospital.
We got there, sat around in the waiting room for god knows how long and finally, they called my name. The nurse took my vitals and asked me the same familiar questions. She sent me to a room, which wasn't really a room. It was a small probably 6'x'8 room with a curtain and a small sliding door. Another nurse, who told me would be my longer term nurse. She hooked me up a drip and told me that she was going to give me some drugs. She said that this stuff was strong but didn't last very long. Boy was she right, I was sitting there on top of the world for about 30 minutes and then things started to go back to normal. I called the nurse back and got some more. After waiting around for about 3 hours I went in for a cat scan. In and out of the machine 3 times, no big deal. The third time in she put something in my IV, something... odd. She said that this makes guys faces and rectums very warm. It was the oddest feeling, I felt like I could breathe fire and shit lava. I have a feeling that the first two times in the machine where practice runs, but who knows. They sent me back to my 'room' and told me to wait for the results.
After about an hour and a half of sleeping around and all that shit an intern doctor came in and told me that I had a ruptured appendix, a.k.a. Appendicitis. I was not shocked, I had thought this was most likely the problem the whole time. My mother started to cry. I felt bad about it because I knew there was I chance I could have died, but I knew that it probably wasn't going to happen. One thing that I was really happy about was that my appendix probably ruptured a little before the cat scan as the doctor told me. Well, they took me out of the room on my gurney and brought me to a large room with curtain where my surgeons and anesthesiologist talked to me. They told me everything was going to be alright, how things where going to go down and of course, If I wanted to see pictures of this type of surgery. I really had no problem with the pictures but I just wanted to get this all over with and wake up. After a bit of talking they brought me into the surgery room.
They took off my shirt, put some rubber pad things on my legs, put some black sticker such things with wires on my chest and strapped me down to the table. (sorry I can't really tell you more about what happened in the room, the anesthesia had a pretty big affect on my memory) They then put the mask on my face and told me to take deep breathes. After about 15 seconds of breathing the sweet air I passed out and as if in the same second, I woke up. I laid there groggy and if anything having a high sensation. After a bit, I lifted the blankets and saw the three gauze bandages taped to my orange stomach. They got my mother and she came to my side relieved that I was fine. The rest of my story is boring, just me in a room sleeping and walking around for about an hour every day. I went home at about 12 o' clock on Sunday. Something that I left out and didn't really know where to put in this story was how I didn't need a PICCline. I was supposed to go home and not leave the house for ten days because I was hooked up to an IV called a PICCline that was filled with antibiotics. This PICCline was supposed to go into my neck, doesn't sound pleasant does it? Well, because my appendix ruptured when it did, there was only a dime sized amount of liquid that needed to be cleaned up.
So here I am, lying in a tad bit tired from the antibiotics and the Oxycontin I just took. If you read all of that then thanks, I know this wasnt that interesting and not very well organized because im tired and high. If you have any questions just ask.
Jesus Christ good sir that is a gigantic amount of writing. I request paragraphs, though I will attempt to read this monster without.
tl;dr

holy shit, words, reading now.
I was thinking about making a tl:dr but I would just rather have people read my story.
Ok yeah, I'll read it when you break it down into paragraphs.
Ok yeah, I'll read it when you break it down into paragraphs.
Fine, I will.
Edit:
Broke it down for you.
There we go. Let's do this.
I'll pay the first person who reads it.

Compared to how much pain I was in, reading it can't be that painful.
Will post some pictures soon also. I will post one of my stomach as it is now, but I didn't take any at the hospital because I didn't have my camera so I will just post some from google img.
You think you've got it bad? I was taken into hospital with appendicitis on the very first day of summer holidays.
Oh, and just an FYI: Your stomach is at chest level, your appendix is not. That wasn't stomach pain, that was abdominal pain.
But yeah, good luck. You'll most likely feel like shit for a day or 2 after the surgery, but after that, you should be fine. Plus, cool scar to show off.

What did you see when you were on the drugs?

Didn't see anything, too bad that would have made it so much better. The oxy makes me feel awesome though, so its all good.
Took me about 10 minutes to read, but it was worth it.
It's a common thing to rupture your appendix. Be happy it didn't explode with puss, like my sister's did. She went in for an acute operation and everything.

Yeah, im happy as hell it worked out like it did. When my surgeon said that this was the most common surgery he did I replied with "Well then you wont mess up, right?"
Yeah, it could of been pretty bad, my cousin's exploded and she was in down for quite a while.
Interesting read though, I liked the Breath fire and shit Lava part. Combine that with abdominal pain and being tied down would be great fun.

If anything, I would say the whole experience was fun. I finally grew some balls and got through some of the shit I never really wanted to do, and I learned how to swallow large pills.
I dont quote the entire op because i am not a faggot.
You type very well for a 13 year old. I would never have guessed if not for your username, and if you hadn't said so in the story.
ouch

But now I'm mature so :smug:.
Have a heart, OP. That's what we did to the guy with the irregular heartbeat.

Thanks, I will put it in one of my surgery orifices, then I will be twice the man I never was!
OH SHIT. I forgot to mention, this was a laparoscopy. So instead of major scars and shit I just have three holes where cameras went in.
Damn I would've been like... Fuckin' enough, You pressed down, it's obviously my appendix, just take the damn thing out and be done with it... a day of expensive ass Cat Scans and shit sounds worse (If you have to worry about getting it paid for) than the pain of having the thing for a day and the actual surgery
I on the other hand, have not had my appendix taken out or anything....yet
Damn, i had that in 08, bitch hurts, but it soon gets better, Get well soon, sorta.
Im thinking I may draw some MSpaint sketches up to pass the time. We shall see.
Nice writing for a 13 year old. Also, very interesting story.
Sweet, you got oxicotin. I got that when I had mine. Very nice, don't play Counter Strike though, because when I did I got banned off my favorite server.
My aunt had this, she just fell over while eating at mcdonalds.
We were all like woah what just happened.
Did you have an enema? :V
