Please help. Yesterday it was absolutly fine, then i went to watch tv so i thought i should turn off my pc to give it a chance to cool down. Then when i come back about two hours later and i select my account is sais loading your personal settings and then it does nothing. I've tried it several times, waiting ten minutes for it to respond on each of them. I am currently in safe mode to do this but i'd like to be able to log in normally. Un-fortunatly when i bought this pc it was vista and i did'nt want vista so i told the man to change it over to xp so he did but because of that i don't have a back-up cd. Safe Mode? If that doesn't work, you're going to need to get an XP, Vista, or 7 disk and reinstall.
Press Ctrl-Alt-Del 2 times, type your username and password and login, see if that works. If not, you might just have to reinstall
As i've said i dont have the ms disc and secondly i dont use a password to log in. I just click the username.
