CAUTION: DO NOT TROLL OR MAKE SMARTASS COMMENTS ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE'S BELIEFS. I RESPECT, AND RESPECTFULLY DISAGREE WITH ANYONE ELSE'S BELIEFS, AND YOU ALL SHOULD BE OLD ENOUGH TO DO SO YOURSELF. I love everyone. Well, this got your attention, didn't it? Well, me, and some other Christians believe, according to the Bible, that the Earth and every animal that was ever created by God, is no older than 10,000 years old. The absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence. Don't snipe this thread by saying that "lol religion causes wars 'n shit hahahahhajdsadas", because it doesn't for the most part. Look at the Bible. Taking into consideration that God knows what would happen, he made animals the way they are, so don't come at me with "why does carnivores has teeths and eatz meets then?" God knows what's best for you and would never lie to you. He will tell you what you need to know, and nothing else. Now, before creation, Lucifer revolted against with 1/3 of all of the angels, and as punishment, God cast them down into Hell. After creation, the fallen angels wanted human bodies, out of lust, and reproduced with human women. The children were so large, that they killed the mothers in childbirth. They then continuously grew into giants. These giants wanted to be God, and this is where the Roman/Greek gods came from, and many other cultures' gods come from. You think I'm a troll, now don't you? Here's another topic: Dinosaurs. If you search enough, you can find that scientists carbon dated bones of a dinosaur, and it only dates back 16,000 years. Since the word "dinosaur" was not created until the 1800's, you shouldn't look for the word in the Bible. They do, however have the word, "Behemoth" which means "giant, kingly beast" in Hebrew. A man named Job (AFTER the flood), lost everything: his house, children, servants, livestock, etc. He asked God why he was suffering as he was. God then used the animals he created to show His power as Creator, and his love for all of His creations-including Job. After that, God then starts telling Job about the animals He created, each one stronger than the one previously named, all leading up to what was the largest animal that ever lived: the Behemoth. This fits with the Bible and the later historical accounts of dragons. You may say "what about another animal? Like a blue whale, or any other large animal." Well, Behemoth's tail was as long as, and as strong as the trunk of a tree. This doesn't fit any living animal-so you may pass him off as mythical, but he could easily be an extinct animal. I will add more as I go along, and remember that I respect everyone's opinions, and please, don't start a flame war. why I think you're dumb: this thread
But, what about carbon dating?
why I think you're dumb: this thread
I asked you to be respectable, read the first sentence.
So carbon dating is a hoax then? EDIT: Holy shit ninja'd
Then why do we have rocks dated to billions of years ago?
Well, me, and some other Christians believe, according to the Bible, that the Earth and every animal that was ever created by God, is no older than 10,000 years old. You are telling me that dinosaurs were before the earth was created? :science:
Hey look at this: Your mind has been blown in a cartoony fashion, have a nice day/night.
I asked you to be respectable, read the first sentence.
i skipped it
Then why do we have rocks dated to billions of years ago?
God's magic
Science prevails over most of your ideas here.
Well, me, and some other Christians believe
stopped reading right about here
But, what about carbon dating?
Scientists used carbon dating to date an allosaurus bone, and it dated back only 16,000 years.
The absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence.
ITT CAN'T PROVE ME WRONG GUYS cant prove me wrong
Scientists used carbon dating to date an allosaurus bone, and it dated back only 16,000 years.
They used it to date rocks, and they date back millions. Hurr
Sad that people belive all that crap. Really sad. So much their missing...... ah well. I'm not flaming here, im just saying my opinion. Question for you: Is it logical? don't think about anything else except the one question: Is it logical? Answer me that. (Do not ban me, im not flaming...)
Scientists used carbon dating to date an allosaurus bone, and it dated back only 16,000 years.
where the fuck did this happen

I can understand Creationism, but young-earth creationism is pretty much obsolete by now.
Scientists used carbon dating to date an allosaurus bone, and it dated back only 16,000 years.
And you are telling that earth was created only 10,000 years ago. I like your way of thinking.
I stopped at Bible.
But, what about carbon dating?
Homo sapiens and humans in general - fossil-based evolutionary evidence. What about galactic light, etc. It takes light, in some cases billions or more years, to reach the Earth from other galaxies and the far reaches of the universe.
Scientists used carbon dating to date an allosaurus bone, and it dated back only 16,000 years.
If the Universe is only 10,000 years old, how could Scientists find something older than the Universe itself?
Scientists used carbon dating to date an allosaurus bone, and it dated back only 16,000 years.
Source.
I'm a Christian and I think you're wrong, sorry.
KigJow, what did you expect people to respond to you do? I don't think many people on these forum give a shit about others opinion and belief.
Scientists used carbon dating to date an allosaurus bone, and it dated back only 16,000 years.
But... So, "around" 10,000 years old is a give or take 60% margin? That's kind of a lot. It's like saying, "she has about two breasts" "so that's like..." "two and a half or one and a half, yeah"
Scientists used carbon dating to date an allosaurus bone, and it dated back only 16,000 years.
Did you just contradict yourself?
And you are telling that earth was created only 10,000 years ago. I like your way of thinking.
AROUND 10,000. That means as far as 16,000 down to 9,000
How we feel after reading the OP: :eng99:
