Copy pasta of description: Taking place 25 years after the events of Mortal Kombat (2011), the new generation of characters will discover that Outworld is not the only threat they face. Fans will get a first look at the newest fighters to join Cassie Cage, including Jacqueline Briggs, daughter of Jax, Takashi Takeda, son of Kenshi, and Kung Jin, descendant of Kung Lao. Another 2 characters that show up are Erron Black (0:52, walking with Ermac) and Mileena. Everyone is saying those are the 5 playable reviews so far. There are also appearances of Sindel and Rain in parts of the video.
The dialogue gives off that cheesy hollywood vibe, which ofcourse is more charming than annoying ina game like Mortal Kombat
It may be cheesy but thank fuck it looks like they ditched their old cutscene team. Waaay better than those 90's CGI looking thingies they had back then.
I'm getting it. As soon as the price drops. Also is that Steve Blum?

Sad that Goro is pre-order only but other than that I can't wait

Also I have no clue what to get it on. I have a pretty good PC and a PS3 at my disposal. I've always felt more comfortable with a controller for fighters, and I do have access to my bigass TV. Buuuut my friends are getting it on PC and the internet's more reliable near my desktop
Get on pc, hook it up to a tv, hook up ur controllers, gg with friends.

I play MK on PC with a PS3 controller and it'd make for some really nice recording and editing.

You guys should know that this doesn't confirm anybody as playable. Ed Boon said alot of characters that show up in cutscenes will only be there for the story. They said the same on stream.

I'm so glad that Rain returns in mortal kombat x. His bubble burst fatality was my favorite.
