• I renamed my Windows folder and now I can't get back in

I got a "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" bsod and then my PC started to not boot up, it kept rebooting. I figured that the bsod was the issue but turns out it might not be. Some how, some when, I renamed my Windows folder to "Winows"(maybe a virus), I changed it back when I noticed it thinking it would fix my issue but I still cant boot back into windows. Here's the issue, on the surface the windows folder is fine but when I was doing stuff in windows startup repair, I saw this in the CMD How do I change "Win?dows" to "Windows". I have no previous ver. of the folder and I have tried take ownership. Help.
cd c:\ rename win?dows windows
https://db.tt/qYpjGavx Am I doing it wrong? The name changed from win?dows to wind?ows because I was messing around with take ownership
you need to hit enter between cd y:\ and rename windows windows.
cd g:\ -Enter- rename wind?ows windows Right? "The syntax of the command is incorrect."
when you do the rename, type "rename win" and press tab if it auto-fills "windows.old", press tab again now you should have the correct folder name in the cmd window and you can type the rest of the command (there's probably some weird special character in the folder name that displays as a question mark in cmd)
Oh god, I have to thank you guys so much. This hell is finally over, the pain I had to suffer through for the last 9 hours, I have the google search result page burnt into my irises.
