So long story short, I spent too much and now I am about to be $5 in the hole. In one hour Ebay is going to charge my paypal, which is empty, and so is the bank account tied to it, $5. This isn't that bad but the overdraw fee for my bank is $25 on top of whatever I owe. I made a thread in the marketplace attempting to sell some of my backpack in tf2 for $1-$5 an item. unfortunately this has not worked out so well. If you could help me out that would be fantastic. Paypal donation link https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=YJFYW6EWY3V3A and the thread about selling my items http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1050952-Selling-my-whole-backpack. anything you can do to help would be much appreciated.
nah
ok. Thanks anyway.
Sorreh. I'm fairly poor myself. I'm actually 40$ in the hole with a few friends from a loan for Little Big Planet 2. :v:
Fuck. Was it worth it though?
I've played it at my neighbors (won it at subway, but I dont own a ps3 :v:) and its pretty sick.
I'm roughly $20,000 in the hole. Can' help. Good luck though.
In one hour Ebay is going to charge my paypal
How do you know that eBay will forcefully charge you money from your paypal in exactly 1 hour? What exactly is eBay going to charge? Recurring selling fees, or do you have a winning item ending in one hour?

also it says "due by 1/18/2011" and that ends in 40 minutes. Since they havent charged me yet I can only assume they do it at midnight.
You can escape the automatic recurring fee by revoking the eBay "contract" under Profile > My Preapproved Payments on your Paypal account. When eBay tries to charge your paypal account, it will be declined. In that case, eBay will keep on nagging you to pay the fees until you do. If you don't, the fees will increase by a certain small percentage each month and account will be suspended after a certain amount of time, unless you pay.
Doesnt that have any other drawbacks?
Doesnt that have any other drawbacks?
Read my post carefully. Just remember to pay later and re-setup the automatic payment method if you still want that account.
Seems risky. I guess it will work. [editline]19th January 2011[/editline] Even if this does work, I am selling my backpack.
It WILL work, there are no risks, and will also buy you quite a bit of time. eBay usually gives you quite a long time to pay off your fees before they take action against your account.
alright. I have not reason no to trust it. Will post results tomorrow. I need to sleep.
