about 2 month ago i cracked screen of my netbook accidentally, while trying to close it.(i didn't noticed that earphones were here). any way i bought new screen from ebay, and they sent it, but it wasn't worked(it's VDS_con input jammed) I sent pic of it to the guy, and they apologized, and sent new one to me.
i installed it and screen worked properly)) but when i installed full cover and etc, etc. it didnt worked. now i got stuck there. if anyone could help me, i will be very happy. (SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH)

It's almost impossible for anyone to help you from simply an image of the board. Have you tried assembling it again, slowly, making sure no cables are pinching or coming loose? If it works before assembling the exterior case, then it's obvious it's human error.
Difficult due to the small pitch but have you tried using your multimeter to check continuity of the wiring loom going to the screen? - That's where I'd start.
Also, that grounding tag at the motherboard end, did you attach it to the motherboard ground while testing?

yes i connected ground. but i think after assembly, one of the cable stuck, and wires cut. but i cant test it with multimeter, it's so complex

There should be a mode on the multimeter to test the connectivity of the wires.
Out of all the cases where the laptop doesn't work for my repairs, it's always caused by me forgetting to plug in a cable, or lock the CPU socket and that kind of things.
