Hey,
I have just been forced to change my password and I just changed it back to the old one. It's not really a big deal, but it seems totally unneccessary and confusing to me. I am used to 1 password for 1 website and I am not intending on changing it every 3 months for no real reason.
This is not the first time I got annoyed that a website forces me to change my password even though I want to keep it. I have accounts in many forums and other websites and if they all wanted me to change my pw after 90 days, I'd probably have to change a password every 3 days or so.
Could this function be removed? If not, could somebody explain to me why several websites are doing this? Are the illuminati behind this?
it forced a password change because there was a recent security breach that potentially exposed passwords

the admins forced a password change because of this, it isn't a normal occurance
It will be removed somewhere at the end of this month.
ok thanks for your fast reply wow :)
I now understand this was necessary. It just said something with "your password is 90 days old and expired"
Probably just the wrong message.
Everytime I see that message, I shit myself because I think I may of been banned.
