I'm not asking for wireless headphones, I'm looking for something that will turn any headphones
into wireless ones, sorta like this:

Anyone know if anything like this exists? General Googling and shopping around only comes
up with wireless headphones and bluetooth speaker adapters. I would prefer something
within a $30-125 range if possible.
Again please no wireless headphone suggestions, I already own a nice pair of headphones.
Thanks for any help!
it's possible. I use something similar with musical instruments. the one I use (shure pg14) generally runs anywhere between $300 and $350 though, so you might not be able to find anything in your price range

Ouch that is pretty high. Plus I'm sure you sacrifice some sound
quality going wireless, at least I hear that's how it is with wireless
speakers so it's not worth much more than $125 to me.
FM transmitter in pc. Small FM radio attached to headphones, Job done for very little money.

Actually that's a pretty good idea. Get FM transmitter. Find Nokia E63 that I have lying around. "Cheap" wireless headphones!
Sorry op, but you're going to lose a bit of sound quality so it's going to be more like this:

Didn't even think of that, I'll go ahead and try it, thanks cosmic duck!
Stuff like this exists for musicians' monitoring purposes. - http://www.thomann.de/gb/cat.html?gf=wireless_in_ear_monitoring but most certainly overkill.
Give the FM Radio a try though, it will be cheap as chips but the range won't be as big. and some MP3 players even have a FM radio built in which is a bonus.
I don't think the FM transmit and receive will sound that great, there's probably a 2.4 ghz solution somewhere.
