The fact that the TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service was sent a stop control with the reason "Operating System: Network Connectivity (Planned)" tells me that something inside your system stopped that service. Also, it appears to only be needed if your card is legacy and needs support for NetBIOS over TCP/IP (internet) so that file and printer sharing can take place. By the name of the network card, it appears you need this service online. Also, through a quick Google search of the text in the first event, it appears your network card could be failing. Try a virus scan to see if something is forcing the connection offline, then try a new network card (if possible).
