Looking for a great GTX 680 GPU with good cooling and silent capabilities.

I'm finally gonna throw out my old GPU and Im intrested in a good GTX 680 GPU. Perferably with good cooling, as my towers fans isnt the best. My motherboard supports PCI Express 2.0, but 3.0 cards should fit. Im not too concerned with noise, as Im wearing a headset, but it would be a plus.
I'm generally looking for recommendation as there is so many different models and manufacturers.

rest of your specs?
cpu
ram
psu?
I wouldn't go for the $680. I was considering it myself but I opted for a 4GB GTX 670 instead. The small performance increase isn't worth the extra money.
Or the recently released/almost released 770.
I would definitely go for the GTX 770 which was released yesterday. $400 and it's faster than the 680.
Go for the Gainward 770 Phantom - It's a 680, only faster, and from personal experience the gainward cooler is really quiet while keeping a low temp
I know that their 680 blocks up a third PCI-e slot, though, so if you have issues with space or are thinking of SLI anytime in the future try another one (i've heard good things about the ASUS card, but don't take my word for it)
Get a GTX 770 instead.
Definitely either the 670 or the 770 (provided your current PSU can handle a 770).

AFAIK 700 series uses less power

Would a 770 run on these specs?
i5 3570k 3.4 Ghz
8GB 2x4GB DDR3
700W PSU (I can't remember the brand, but it's lasted me for the past year and a half so I'd say it's reliable)

I figured it'd be a decent upgrade from the GTX 560 (Non Ti) 1GB GDDR5 that I'm currently running on.

Here's the kicker: you'll need a PSU with 42 amps on the 12V rail. Citation:

How'd I be able to figure that out? Assuming I checked the underside of the PSU myself.

Hey uh, I took out my PSU from the back of my case and according to the label, it's an Ezcool Ambiance 80+ 700W PSU and I'm kinda shit at reading the info, but the site has the info listed down. Are you sure this wouldn't work?
If you really want to have a 680 then get the
MSI twinfrozr 680 2 GB or 4 GB your choice.
Or get the
EVGA GTX 780.
The MSI twinfrozr can run on 650W+ it needs 2x PCI.
So your I5 and this GPU will run fine.
