Flexible circuit pioneer John Rogers and his team are at it again. This time he's developing a wearable, ultra-thin circuit that attaches to your skin just like a temporary tattoo. The Epidermal Electronic System (EES) consists of circuits which could contain electrodes capable of measuring brain, heart and muscle activity in the same way an EEG does now, transmitting this data wirelessly to your doctor. Because it's flexible and bonds to the skin, it can be worn for extended periods, unlike traditional diagnostic pads used in hospitals today. In the lab, the devices were solar-powered with embedded photovoltaic cells -- heavier duty circuits would require inductive charging to be practical. Rogers' team also looked into the tech acting as a game controller (they wired it up to someone's throat and played Sokoban with voice commands, still managing to yield a 90 percent accuracy rate), but it's some way off from replacing your SIXAXIS. One of the problems encountered concerned RF communication -- perhaps they should get on the horn to their friends in Oregon and build those fashionable diagnostic pants we're eagerly waiting for. <"Aug 12th 2011 11:52PM"> copy&pasta from: http://www.engadget.com/2011/08/12/ees-packs-circuits-into-temporary-tattoos-makes-medical-diagnos/ They should definitely create an app for this amazing shit. Think about it, just log on to a program to see how your body is functioning. Lol
Then you try to take it off, and it rips your skin off
If I had one I would stretch my skin so bad just to see if it'd break
I wonder what would happen if you accidentally put one of these over a wound and the skin developed over it. It would be interesting to see if it still functioned without killing the patient.

I want 2 on my dick and 5 on my scrotum [editline]14th August 2011[/editline] Actually it looks like this guy already put one on his scrotum, by the looks of the picture
Pretty neat, wonder what will come out of this project later
I'd rather not let the government listen to my thoughts thank you very much.
This reminds me of that picture where a pen looking thing was poking at some skin with the same golden lines going around it. Looked like an anus.
I will augment my body with these strips
I never asked for this
