Hello my friend wants to get a gaming pc for around that price. We are from montreal and would prefer to order parts that are close to home.
-CPU
-CPU Cooler
-Motherboard
-Case
-Memory
-HardDrive
-Graphics card
-DiskDrive
All the accessories we will buy separately it can be a pre built pc or we can order all the parts separately. Please help I am really bad at this kinda stuff.
Edit: Didnt read the title
Is that Canadian dollars or US dollars?
Assuming it's Canadian dollars:

I'm assuming by your willingness to buy a prebuilt, and your self-declared newness to PC Building that you won't be doing any overclocking, so the above build is not overclockable. The optical drive puts this build slightly over budget, but you don't have to buy it. You can install the operating system via USB. Speaking of which do you need an OS, because that's going to require reworking this build quite a bit.
If it's not Canadian dollars, give your budget in Canadian dollars, and I'll make a new build.
