Speaking to reporters in Indianapolis, Cruz's comments come amid reports that the U.S. senator from Texas is vetting former business executive Carly Fiorina as a possible vice presidential pick.
http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-election-cruz-idUSKCN0XO26H
Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz is expected to announce former business executive Carly Fiorina will be his vice presidential running mate if he wins the party's nomination, ABC News affiliate WMUR reported, citing unnamed sources. Cruz earlier on Wednesday said he would make a major announcement at 4 p.m. on Wednesday but gave no other details. Fiorina endorsed Cruz for the nomination in March, one month after dropping out of the presidential race herself.
Sarah Palin 2: Electric Boogaloo
Of course it could be a totally different announcement "I am the Zodiac Killer"
A woman whose only notable achievement is running HP into the ground yeahhhh
theyre like the villains in a talking dog movie
Carly "half of rapes are the victims fault" Fiorina? Excellent choice
theyre like the villains in a talking dog movie
Unlike Trump, who's more like a villain in an Austin Powers movie.
Please no, there's gotta be somebody better.
She's a better socialist than Bernie because unlike Bernie, she has first-hand experience tearing down a capitalist institution. Good choice comrade Cruz.

There's too many people on this forum who have actually said Cruz/Trump are better at socialism than sanders
Anyone remember that time she just showed up at a a botanical garden in Iowa and abducted a bunch of toddlers to stand in front of her to talk about pro life?
Anyone remember that time she just showed up at a a botanical garden in Iowa and abducted a bunch of toddlers to stand in front of her to talk about pro life?
No but I remember how she kept saying she would rebuild the military by naming off arbitrary numbers of ships, tanks, planes and soldiers she would bring even though it's really up to the Pentagon to determine what it needs
It's about to happen
I want to get off Mr. Trumps wild ride
And I didn't think Cruz could get any more stupid, holy Christ
It worked for McCain. He ended up winning the presidency in 2008 and got re-elected in 2012. What's that? He lost in this dimension? oh boy.
I can just picture the phone call in my head... "Carly, it's Ted." "Who?" "We stood on the same stage together a few times, remember?" "Ummm" "Do you want to be my VP?" "Wait, what? I mean, sure?"
Yeah he's gone and done it [editline]27th April 2016[/editline] "I am the Zodiac Killer"
Not sure how much having little mrs. baby-parts as a VP possibility will help him, if it will at all even.
Kasich will be the only candidate who doesn't have a running mate.
Kasich will be the only candidate who doesn't have a running mate.
Who did Trump announce as his?
Who did Trump announce as his?
It's probably Christie
Nah. It's Sanders so that he can dominate the youth vote
Who did Trump announce as his?
His daughter, who he also wants to fuck
After that terrible defeat yesterday I have no idea why Cruz even bothers anymore
After that terrible defeat yesterday I have no idea why Cruz even bothers anymore
Same reason Kasich still bothers, to send it to a contested convention. Cruz is way too conservative to win over moderate, somewhat conservative, and liberal minded republicans, thats why Kasich is in, so Cruz doesn't get trounced and so Trump doesn't get over the 50% ceiling in a lot of states.
A reminder that Trump only needs 230 more delegates and there are almost 600 delegates available. I can't wait for Cruz's concession speech.
With many republican primaries being winner take all Trump has a very good chance of just completely beating them and not even allowing a convention to be contested. They really fucked up with their strategy of beating Trump edit: actually most of those states are in the past it seems, including the hybrids. but still, he might still just completely beat Cruz & Kasich
