Building a PC for a friend - £500 budget, from scratch.

I'm looking for a PC for around £500.
I have no reusable parts so I will need a case, monitor, keyboard and mouse too.
It'll be used for 'gaming' with the only game specified so far as Diablo III.
If you could keep it restricted to parts on www.scan.co.uk I would be appreciative but I don't mind cheaper alternatives on certain parts like used graphics cards etc.
My technical knowledge is very limited so I was quite sure about the price of things.
If you can give it about £400 towards the actual pc and the other £100 can be used for the other accessories needed.
Thanks!
630$ is pretty hard to build a good gaming PC for a game just released in 2012.

I'm currently running it on a PC with parts from 3 years ago with just an updated graphics card, the whole thing cost me about £400 in total, £520 including the monitor. So it is doable.

About the best you'll be able to do with the given budget, went over a tiny bit, but not too much. I seriously hope you don't need the OS, as it will be near impossible to work into the budget.

My computer cost me $550 and I can play Diablo 3 just fine on high, most of the parts I picked for OPs build are similar to mine as well.

That's perfect! If they don't need a monitor then I can work the OS in there.
Thanks.
