Hello all. I'm back from my trip and I've got some stuff to share, so without further interruption I'll get to the important stuff. [quote]Thread Music [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lf2u-08Ka-c[/media][/quote] [url]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lime,_Oregon[/url] : Info and some history on the place. I'd seen this place before on my way to the Oregon coast on a family trip back in '10, and it held my attention for quite some time. But not until recently have I been able to take the 2 hour drive out there and really explore it. Well yesterday I got the chance to do that, and I was blown away by the place. From a distance it looks like a pile of rubble, but up close and personal it's an intricate maze of tunnels and buildings. While I was there I was joined by a group of airsofters who were using the site to play, they were kind and very cooperative with me as I moved around. Anyway, I know you're not here to read all this shit, so I'll post the pictures: [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_123459.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_123647.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_123823.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_123957.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_124114.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_124503.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_124708.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_124717.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_124845.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_125634.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_130420.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_130511.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_130725.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_130749.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_130807.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_130837.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_130928.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_131027.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_131107.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_131134.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100708596/20140419_131629.jpg[/thumb] And that'll be it. For my first urbex trip, I'd say I accomplished a lot. Also, sorry for the bad quality images, I took them on my phone because I don't have a good camera. edit: Wow, I managed to post this twice. Could I get a mod to delete the other thread?
