Whenever I click on the icon, an error message comes up labeled
firefox.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point XRE_CreateAppData could not be located in the dynamic link library xul.dll.
I hope somebody who speaks computer can tell me what I need to do. I guess if worse comes to worst, I could just reinstall Firefox, but maybe there's an easier way.
This started happening after my computer mysteriously bluescreened about 3 times yesterday.
Move your firefox plugins folder out. Uninstall firefox. Reinstall firefox. Replace plugins. Tell me the result.
Before I uninstall it, how do I save my bookmarks? Or will Firefox give me the option to save them when I start to uninstall?

Man, I thought this would be something I could just google, but every site that deals with backing up Firefox's bookmarks operates under the assumption that I can open the browser.
It should save them.
