• Synth Recommendation

So today, I had the fun experience of playing one of these. I believe it is an old Korg Minisynth and the sound from it blew my mind away. I had experience playing piano before but never played a real synth like this one. Since it sounded so awesome to me, now I am obsessed with buying one, preferably a used one for like $100-$200. Anyone have any recommendations on what to get, Because I barely know anything about synths, like a good price, what to look for, and what not to look for. I already have an amp for it, as well as the audio cables.
I've got a Microkorg. It's the nuts, I fucking love it.
Get a softsynth. Meaning, one you just have on your computer. That's my recommendation.
I agree, just so you can understand the fundamentals
The microkorg is pretty much the best selling synth ever. It'd be a good place to start.
It's a good place to start, but it's not the best for making really good music.
