These two motherboards are the same price, one has the P67 chipset and the other has the Z68. Which is better between the two, and what is the difference between the chipsets? tl;dr h67 has video out ports which allow you to make use of the K cpu's graphics capabilities, p67 does not let you use that, but gives you the option of overclocking and running dedicated gpu's in sli or crossfire. z68 has both If you can get a decent z68 motherboard for the same price as a p67, then its an obvious choice, no backdraft between p67 and z68 if they support the same stuff.
Z68 = P67 + able to use IGP + use SSD as HDD cache
So seeing as how the two that I linked have the same basic stuff on them, the Z68 is a lot better for the price?
The only reason to get P67 is if the models in question have a substantial price difference between the two chipsets, so yes get the Z68.
