Police in a small town in Russia’s Urals have detained a woman suspected of killing her newborn sons by freezing them to death. The bodies were discovered in the freezer of a local food store where they have been kept for five years. The bodies were found on Tuesday in Verkhnyaya Pyshma in the Sverdlovsk region by staff at the store. Past inspections of the store by local officials had failed to uncover the gruesome find. The bodies were reportedly said to be in bag bearing the logo of another food store in a nearby town. On Thursday Irina, a 30 year old woman, was detained. The woman almost instantly admitted to the killing. “The detainee admitted that she gave birth to two boys in 2008 in a rented apartment, after that she put her sons in a refrigerator at home,” head of the press service of the Interior Ministry’s local department, Valery Gorelyh noted. Forensic experts said that children were born alive and died of hypothermia, as there were traces of oxygen in their lungs.
Source: http://rt.com/news/newborn-frozen-russia-mother-395/
why would you keep the bodies around for five years, she could just have stuffed them in a bag together with some rocks, go out to sea and throw them all in. Evidences all gone.

A part of me want to make a joke here
God, that's sick.
why would you keep the bodies around for five years, she could just have stuffed them in a bag together with some rocks, go out to sea and throw them all in. Evidences all gone.
uh what the fuck
why would you keep the bodies around for five years, she could just have stuffed them in a bag together with some rocks, go out to sea and throw them all in. Evidences all gone.
You are right. It's a horrible thing to know that a person like this was stupid enough to not destroy the evidence, and therefore is being convicted of murder. If only she had been smart enough to destroy it, we could have just one more baby murderer on the streets.
why would you keep the bodies around for five years, she could just have stuffed them in a bag together with some rocks, go out to sea and throw them all in. Evidences all gone.
Well aren't you a creepy dude This is fucked up and that mom needs to be put in with the white coats, she needs mental help if she really put her newborn children into a fridge although who knows, maybe she didn't want to pay for child support/ alternatively she had unwanted children, but still that's a fucked up way to deal with it
>not keeping your babies in the fridge >2013
if you're going to come into a thread with that at least do it right.
you mean that isn't where you keep them? shit On a more serious note, that's pretty fucked up. I wonder what was going through her head, and whether she was just flat out trying to murder her kids or she never wanted them in the first place and wasn't dealing with it very well. Either way, it's a pretty horrible way to go.
why would you keep the bodies around for five years, she could just have stuffed them in a bag together with some rocks, go out to sea and throw them all in. Evidences all gone.
someone's been watching too much dexter
someone's been watching too much dexter
I think it is way creepier that the woman kept the bodies instead of actually disposing of them.
If she kept them in a bag in the freezer I'm guessing that the entire bag froze into a solid block of ice. So if you're the inspector and look in there you have two choices. Ask her what's in the bag and just go with it or bust that large block of ice apart just to see what's in the bag. It's not like you could just look in the freezer and see she had dead babies in there.
That's cold.
uugghh... read this and a chill went up my spine
why would you keep the bodies around for five years, she could just have stuffed them in a bag together with some rocks, go out to sea and throw them all in. Evidences all gone.
That leaves the remains however. Drop it in a volcano.

Times are tough. Meat isn't as cheap as it used to be.
Times are tough. Meat isn't as cheap as it used to be.
But this is Russia, not North Korea.
Man, my mom always said that my older brother (that I don't have) was put in the freezer because he was misbehaved. I didn't think that that was something someone actually did.
Why put them in the freezer, when you can just put them outside?
the grossest part is that the bodies were kept in the freezer of a store, meaning they had been frozen there right next to the frozen pizzas. makes you wonder what is hidden in those bigass freezers at costco [editline]17th May 2013[/editline] probably more free samples
