Apparentely it won't be in the series themselves but if it is....ehhhh dubstep in star wars. I'm a dubstep fan myself but dubstep and Star Wars don't really mix tbh
Bro, dubstep is the future. We need it in everything, especially places where it makes total sense like video game commercials and History channel specials.
[editline]segseg[/editline] Nevermind, just reread it and realized they're talking about Star Wars Rebels. Not surprised. That show is geared toward early middle school kids who wanna be edgy. There's bags for them at Subway, and all of the protagonists are doing the Dreamworks face.

It's not like they're asking him to do a soundtrack, they just asked him to do a remix of the already composed theme song.

"A long time ago inna galaxy far far HEY SKRILLY DROP IT HARD"
Rebels is looking worse and worse every single day.

[Insert a bunch of wubs and wilhem screams here]
Ya canning clone wars was a huge mistake when it essentially was just them wanting to make their own IP exactly like it only edgier
Like someone said in a different thread, is space Aladdin and pals in silly adventures.
Disney just wanted to spite deadmau5 over the lawsuit :v:

"I felt a great drop in the force"
I can't take this seriously anymore.
Rebels is such a joke. To clarify, it is the biggest joke of any Star Wars product ever released, out of both series/movies and physical products.
Clone Wars appealed to me a lot because not only was it based on the previous cartoon, but that the creators weren't afraid to include some violence, grit, and realistic scenarios that were possible to the show to appeal both young and mature audiences.
At least the merchandise Clone Wars had made a tad bit sense compared to some baggies with pictures of characters on it.
Fucking dropped
I called it Star Wars Rebels is a piece of shit
I fucking hate this show as it is
Flux Pavilion is capable of making good music even if the majority of his latest stuff is shit. We'll have to wait and hear if it's any good.

It took two seasons to get there.

I remember some fucking movies with kids and Ewoks in it. Yeah, you read that right, more than one goddamn film about Ewoks having adventures with random children. Then there's the Star Wars holiday special that will probably be the all-time "what in the fuck was that" thing that came from the Star Wars franchise.

You forgot diabeetus was in them too
So... it's not going to be in the show. It's not going to be in the movies. It's not going to exist at all except as 'This dude remixed a Star Wars song with Disney's permission'.
Big whoop, grogs gonna grog and all that.
I'm ok with a dubstep remix, but if it includes vocal tracks I'm gonna be dissappointed.

Anakin. Solo.
Didn't they pick instrumental music for both star trek and star wars, because the music ends up becoming kind of timeless?

I genuinely liked the Ewok spinoff.
Then again I watched it when I was 8
I'll be honest, I quite like Dubstep when it has a general flow/rhythm to it
I shall go into this with an open mind instead of being cynical
JJ is literally the last hope for this franchise at this point.
LET THE BASS CANNON KICK IT

Also, are you really judging the quality of the series based on its merchandise? You know those are two completely different departments, right?
Actually if done properly some remixed London Orchestra songs from star wars would be cool.
I mean done properly. Not some insane wub wub wub.
The bass is fucking strong with this one, bro
I guess they're gonna drop the rebel bass
v:v:v
I used to love Flux WAY back in like 2010-2011. Now his new shit is shit.
