• Internet not working, Windows says unidentified network and phone doesn't detect it

Hey guys, this morning I rebooted my router from its software. When it came back on, the Internet just stopped working everywhere. My PC which uses ethernet says "Unidentified network" and when I try to troubleshoot it it says "One or more network protocols are missing" or something like that. My phone doesn't even detect it. I'm typing this on my phone with my 3G and my router is a Mikrotik Routerboard.
Ugh, can you just factory default the router and start the config from scratch? I really hate troubleshooting Mikrotiks because although I do it every day I find them very illogically laid out. If not can you ping anything directly from the router? Are you pulling any IP on your desktop? I'd assuming that the Mikrotik is handing out your Wifi too? Check the DHCP pools.
Sorry for the late answer but I called my ISP and got it all fixed. It was the router that was bricked and some other issue with the telephone cable, I think. Also I've tried resetting the thing using the small button on the router but it didn't work.
