I do not know much about RAM, like if Cas Latency is better higher or lower and so on.

Incase you're wondering, I'm choosing for my first pc build.
And if it matters, the motherboard im choosing is a ASUS Sabertooth Z77.
Why do you need 16 gigs? Why are you getting a sabertooth?
Good question(s)
16 gigs because I have the extra budget and its better to have more than less.
Z77 Sabertooth because I've heard good reviews on it and its very aesthetically pleasing.
EDIT:
And just judging from those two questions alone if I where to post all my PC you'd be mad at me.
(Its a bit overkill)
Not mad, just trying to get you to save money. I'm fine with you getting the sabertooth, no big deal about it. but 16 gigs of ram is just a waste unless you are doing rendering and heavy shit. The ripjaws would be "better" cause of the lower timings but its not really noticeable, and the vengeance would go better with the sabertooth and would work better cause its dual channel.

I would like it if you posted your build just to see if you're getting anything thats overkill, If you're buying some things for aesthetics or if you want an i7 because you kinda want the bragging rights or you just want the i7 I'd be fine fine.
Asus z77 sabertooth,
Evga geforce 2gb 680
(+backplate)
intel i7 3770k
corsair h100
One of the rams i listed
nzxt switch 810 with blue lighting and fans.
CORSAIR Professional Series Gold AX850 (modular)
I need the 3770k's hyperthreading for rendering out videos, I am going to be lets playing various things and i need 60+ fps while recording with fraps.
Well then your build is reasonable. I would get the 670's since they are $100 cheaper and perform better with a slight overclock but its your choice. Also you could get away with the AX 750 if you wanted but either one will work. But I would also suggest get the X850 from seasonic because its cheaper and the OEM for the corsair is actually Seasonic and they use the exact parts.
Thanks ;3
And to be honest, I would get the 670 ftw if it would come with a backplate.
EDIT:
Dem aesthetics manne.
I understand ya, I was torn between what would look best with a corsair C70. Finally decided on an ASUS Z77 ( regular one ) some tall corsair vengeance and some other stuff.
Ahaha, thanks for all your help bro.
I have to get up at 5am so its best for me to go to bed now, cya around.
And fair choice of parts :P,
Seemings my switch 810 has a huge open window, i want it to be as aesthetically pleasing as posible.
I would personally recommend the corsair C70 as it will go with that sabertooth board very well.
I'd get the g.skill
I would get the C70 if it wernt for those two giant fan holes in the glass window, I looked forever to find the swich 810 :P, but thanks.
