• Ideas for Upcoming Apple Products

Hey everybody, I know all of you ( at least Apple fans ) have wondered of Apple's future plans for the iPod, iPhone, Mac and, to a lesser extent, the iPad lines of products. So, what're your ideas about this? My Contribution: iPod nano 6th Generation My idea on the iPod nano 6G. This version of it will include: • Touch screen • Modified/redone OS with iPod nano only apps • Slightly thinner size • Video camera placement in the upper-left hand corner • Web browsing capability • Larger screen • Invisible home button ( a touch sensitive area on the bottom of the screen ) So, Facepunch, get posting!
Too much like the iPod Touch, massive market overlap. The Nano is meant for people who still like the click wheel but aren't too fond of touch controls.

iTable Kind of like the Microsoft Surface, but running some bigger version of iPhoneOS.
MacBook Pro Duo dock in an iMac shell.
a gaming Mac :downs: [editline]12:00AM[/editline] I serious too.
Mid-range Mac Pro.
yes! I always wanted Apple to make one.
All I want is for them to make a 32gb nano
What about building the clickwheel into the screen, so you still use a circular motion to change songs, but it's invisible.
a gaming Mac :downs: [editline]12:00AM[/editline] I serious too.
Install Windows natively with Boot Camp. The hard ware is decent enough for some gaming.
a gaming Mac :downs: [editline]12:00AM[/editline] I serious too.
Steam for Mac
Maybe a good Mac computer.
Install Windows natively with Boot Camp. The hard ware is decent enough for some gaming.
that defeats the purpose of having a Mac. [editline]01:12PM[/editline]
Steam for Mac
this is why Macs need a "gaming" option.
A reasonably priced touch-screen iMac, this will probably come out in the future, minus the reasonably priced part
Also, who likes my iPod nano 6th Generation picture? I did it in KolourPaint. [editline]01:49PM[/editline]
A reasonably priced touch-screen iMac, this will probably come out in the future, minus the reasonably priced part
That'd be awesome.
A Core i5 mbp without the dodgy nvidia/intel gpu mishap of the current generation.
I would also like to see an iPad with a camera. That'd be awesome.
I would also like to see an iPad with a camera. That'd be awesome.
a front facing camera.
a front facing camera.
Hell yeah.
A nano that actually shoots pictures, rather than recording videos only.
A Macbook with impressive specs would be nice. 500GB HDD 19"LED backlit LCD @ 1920x1080 16GB DDR3 1600 Core i7 980x GeForce 480m 24-cell battery, to compensate for the powerful hardware. Yes...
Ati 5 series/Nvidia 4xx in the iMac/Mac Pro. Or the GTX 285 as a standard for the mac pro. A Macbook/Macbook Pro with a swivel screen to use as a tablet?

I want a new iMac (mine is from 2007),The thing I don't about the new iMac is why they made a 27" one and then a 21" 24" was a really good size, they should have made another one with the same resolution as the old one, because the 27" one has some stupidly large resolution. I would by the 21" one but the graphics card is pretty awful. Maybe if they gave the 21" the same GPU as the 27" I would be more willing to part with my monies.
It's not hard to swap out a graphics card, son.
Trying to find one that fits in an iMac is harder.
It's not hard to swap out a graphics card, son.
isn't it? I know it's pci express or whatever but like hubman says there's the size issue also getting into the imac is pretty difficult
You could probably find some tutorial or something... But yeah, there will probably be a size issue, not in "Height" but in "length"...
