Okay, I just got a game and it wont run, it gives me the error 'This application has failed to start because NxCooking.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.'
I've tried downloading NxCooking.dll and putting it into the directory the game is in, but I got nothing. All my drivers are updated.
Here's my specs (Yes they meet the requirements for the game and yes my PC is old and fucking sucks, I'm saving up for a new one.)

Is Physx installed on your PC?
Also, do this:
Put nxcooking.dll in the same directory as the application you're trying to install. Next, open up your run prompt (start -> run) and type in "regsvr32 C:\File\Path\ToApp\NxCooking.dll" without the quotations.
Or alternatively, just reinstall Physx and tell us what game you're running.
if for whatever reason that does not work and reinstalling the physx drivers does nothing, complain to the people who made the game. theres a problem on their end.
