"It features masked gunmen, car chases, an exploding car and prostitutes." Sounds like GTA alright.
Doesn't really look like I expected it to. Graphics wise, that is.
it's beautiful
Doesn't really look like I expected it to. Graphics wise, that is.
I didn't expect it to be colorful going from GTA IV, but here we have it. Colorful as a fucking biscuit in the summertime (that is perhaps the shoddiest metaphor I have ever created)
That voice sounds so familiar, any idea who it is?
That voice sounds so familiar, any idea who it is?
Frank West or an old Tommy Vercetti.
BBC, or any other major news network for that matter, is one of the last places I expect to announce a video game's trailer debut lol
That's one nice lookin' game. Hope it's released earlier than one year from now, though.
Also I can really see the money thing now. You see a house foreclosed on, homeless man, immigrant workers; all contrasted against rich, well off, privileged people.
"It features masked gunmen, car chases, an exploding car and prostitutes." Sounds like GTA alright.
I'd prefer masked cars, gunmen chases and exploding prostitutes.
Knew it was gonna be in Cali.
Anyone else see the dog on the beach at the very beginning? Also looks like we can fly planes again, I wonder if push bikes are back in? I hope so.
Even BBC is covering this shit. lol "here we go again guys, lets demonize the gaming industry with the new gtaV trailer! Battlestations!"
Knew it was gonna be in Cali.
Uh, it's in San Andreas.
The trailer's voice-over suggests the main character is a retired criminal
how can they base a person on his voice? maybe he's a firefighter or ex cop
Knew it was gonna be in Cali.
I knew it was going to be in America, I was somewhat hoping it would be based somewhere else for once. Like North Korea.
Awesome trailer. But I'll forget about it for now, it won't be released until later next year I believe.
Looks incredible
I knew it was going to be in America, I was somewhat hoping it would be based somewhere else for once. Like North Korea.
Didn't they make a London one once or something?
I didn't expect it to be colorful going from GTA IV, but here we have it. Colorful as a fucking biscuit in the summertime (that is perhaps the shoddiest metaphor I have ever created)
GTA IV was dark and bleak because that's what Niko's story was. His story was that of sadness, disappointment and violence that he wanted to avoid. The color scheme of the game reflects that.
I knew it was going to be in America, I was somewhat hoping it would be based somewhere else for once. Like North Korea.
The head of R* stated that GTA was perfectly tailored to be a satire of America, and that it belongs in America. Powerful considering R* is UK-based.
Uh, it's in San Andreas.
A sign says vinewood, I haven't played SA for so long is there a vine wood in it?
I love it. I live in Los Angeles right now and it's pretty damned accurate. They nailed the feeling alright. It's even got Venice Beach Boardwalk! Has sprawling highways and everything, coming from the studio that made Midnight Club: LA, this should be a cake for them. This is gonna be sick. Another preorder to burn a whole through my pocket but it's money worth spending compared to COUGH EA. Disappointed though, hoped it was going to be out of the USA, like Japan. Still like it though
I was a bit dissapointed of it being set in a more modern era, instead of the 90s or 80s perhaps.
Oh god my pants! This is in San Andreas right? Oh god it is in San Andreas! HNNNNNNNNNNNNNG
whoo hoo san andreas though i'll still be getting saints row 3, maybe this later on.
There wasn't a doubt in my mind that it was in Vice City at the first line and scene in the trailer, I wonder if Rockstar did that on purpose. Let's hope CJ makes an appearance in this one as a middle aged man.
A sign says vinewood, I haven't played SA for so long is there a vine wood in it?
Yep, right outside of Los Santos.
God damn, it says there's still 365 days left! And i couldn't avoid the comments so i have been spoiled. Well shit.
Grand Theft Auto came out a long time ago.
