Visualize it. Senator Kid Rock in 2018. It could happen. The singer is featured on a "Kid Rock for Senate" website, sitting in a grand chair next to a stuffed deer, with the tagline "Are you scared?" On Wednesday, Kid Rock tweeted, "I have had a ton of emails and texts asking me if this website is real ...The answer is an absolute YES."
https://www.usatoday.com/story/life/entertainthis/2017/07/12/kid-rock-teases-senate-run-2018/473794001/ kill me
You'd think people would look at the Trump Presidency as a cautionary tale, not confirmation that "No qualifications = A-okay!"
Alright. It was funny the first two or three times. Not every entertainer needs to make this joke.
How bout he run into a concrete wall at top speed headfirst, that'd be more useful to the American people

I like kid's older shit, but...please no..just stop. You are not govt material.
Hey look, everyone's taking a page from The Apprentice and using a once-respectable government system for free publicity. And it's working!
please stop
Founding fathers are rolling in their graves to what our government has become and stands for.
I want to go back to 2015
You'd think people would look at the Trump Presidency as a cautionary tale, not confirmation that "No qualifications = A-okay!"
Trump's "victory" has shown that anybody* can be president. ...ANYBODY. *so long as you have fuck-tons of money
Looks like this shit is gonna go on... ... all summer long. ... Yeah, I'll just see myself out, sorry.
I hope his song that he plays when he is running is bawitabadabangdabangdiggydiggydiggysaidtheboodiesaidupjumptheboogie
Still better than Anita Starkeesian

Why can't we have scientists, doctors, and educators run for Congress instead of any entertainer (admittedly Franken and Reagan are exceptions, and I don't like Reagan)? Hell, I would rather see Senator Neil Degrasse Tyson or Bill Gates instead of seeing another entertainer like Kayne West or Kim Kardashian become a senator.
Founding fathers are rolling in their graves to what our government has become and stands for.
they've been rolling in their graves since they died
American democracy is dead.
I'm so sad to see you guys slowly turning into Brazil. Well, at least the entertainers here are better than most politicians.
After our current president it's not surprising that someone who appeals to white trash would believe they had a solid populist chance.
You'd think people would look at the Trump Presidency as a cautionary tale, not confirmation that "No qualifications = A-okay!"
Possibly they looked at it as, "there no way we could possibly do worse"
