Help, I am stupid, and cannot run Linux Mint off of a second partition

Nevertheless I can't even figure out how to boot from another partition.
I'm trying to boot off local disk D: [When my main partition is C:] that was blank and was there ever sine I got this.
I wouldn't be surprised if I really am being an idiot and doing something very wrong with trying to do this.
There aren't any options to even boot from a different partition, only boot priorities, and it only lists my main HD and nothing much else.
I installed Linux Mint using the "In Windows" install off of a flash drive.
I can't boot off the flash drive, either. Every time I try it just tries to load into a Windows Recovery. ... That seemingly doesn't exist.
I'm using an Asus Eee PC (Seashell series apparently?) Netbook.
I have an American Megatrends BIOS setup utility that looks.... A bit like this...

Just a bit different, and a loooooooooot less options.
Motherboard is an ASUSTeK Computer INC. 1015PE.
Halp.
You can get into Windows, right? I think how I installed Mint was I used an .iso mounter and the program that installs it made a partition for me. If you startup your computer, you should get to a screen where you can pick Windows or Linux.
Not anymore.
I JUST overwrote the boot loader on accident.
What a fucking DUMBASS I am!
What do.
Well I did find that place you spoke of earlier but it only saw the windows setup/repair thing and not a fuck thing else.
I had to press F9 to get to it.
