Words and phrases that have lost their meaning or are misused

ITT we post words and phrases that have lost their meaning or are misused.
Examples:
"as hell" - Coming from "hot as hell", in current times you can say anything is anything as hell. "It's fun as hell". Hell isn't fun. "It's tall as hell". How do you know how tall hell is? Is it even that tall?
"Son of a bitch" - An insult meant for men as an insult to their mother. Nowadays, anyone can be a "son of a bitch", even women with nice mothers.
"Ionize" - To convert wholly or partly into ions. People often use this word when they make a weapon in a game or anything regarding some sort of electrical product. "I made this ionizer that shoots out electricity". Sometimes used when people try to sound smart. "I think that works because the sun ionizes the water."
It's - An abbreviation of "it is" or "it has". This is used incorrectly all the time. "It lost it's brains", meaning "It lost it is brains". INCORRECT!
Than - The word "than" seems to have disappeared completely, at least from the American vocabulary. THEN indicates a change in time, something that happened after something else. THAN indicates that something is of a higher or lesser quality than something else(not exactly dictionary definitions and probably not completely correct, but you get the idea) "I wanted to buy the pizza more then the cake." should be "I wanted to buy the pizza more than the cake".
You're, your, there, their, and they're - Always used wrong everywhere and a common pet peeve. The following are all correct uses: "I think you're dumb"(I think you are dumb). "I think your cat is dumb"(note it isn't "I think you are cat is dumb). "Go over there"(referring to a location). "Don't touch their money"(possesive). "They're so cool"(Abbreviation for "they are", "They are so cool").

The word "faggot"
"Epic".

"The fuck" and "Oh hell" are good candidates.
"I know you are but what am I"
When ever someone says that to me I feel like unleashing my rage on them.
Literally is literally never used correctly. That's ironic. Well, I'm implying that it is. Are you inferring that it's not?
