This game's a helluva lotta fun! Really happy to hear this!
It's really crazy seeing this get so popular so fast as a former BLC player. BLC was a great game that deserved more attention than it got, so I'm glad to see the reception of Battlerite.
What's the best way to describe the game? For me it looks like another MOBA.

It's a skill-based, hero-based arena fighter.
Think DOTA heroes fighting each other in a small arena, no items, no levelling and no bases.
You have direct control over the heroes too (WASD movement), with more emphasis on skill-shots and the like.

Its a MOBA people who don't know or typically like MOBAs can get into.

But it has none of the gameplay elements of a MOBA? It's an Team Arena Brawler has described by most players and developers.
None of the game mechanics that are common in MOBAs (Three lanes, items, objectives, towers) are not even part of the game.

That description does the game a disservice. It makes it sound like a MOBA for people who don't know better.
But it's not a MOBA at all, and it's really well made in it's own right. It's very much it's own thing.

that being said i got very sick of this game because of the balance and seeing the same champions every single game hopefully more champions and balance can fix it later[/QUOTE]
I think the term MOBA has come to mean games like DOTA and LoL though. I've never seen that term be used for any game that isn't DOTA/LoL or something at least moderately similar to those two games, which Battlerite really isn't.
So even if you stop and think about what the acronym actually stands for, it doesn't really matter since it would misrepresent what Battlerite is. If you had no idea what Battlerite was, and someone told you it was some new MOBA, would that be an accurate description?
It's more like world of warcraft arena mixed with diablo-ish (With wasd) controls and moba character design/customization.

Not rerally sure what you mean about the balance. Shifu is a broke piece of a shit but he is probably the biggest point of contention among the whole cast while everyone else is fairly even.
For people asking what kind of game this is, it's much more like WoW arenas than anything Dota or LoL offers. That was the basic idea for the first game Stunlock made, Bloodline Champions. Everything is set damage, everything is a skillshot, there is no RNG, it's just a pure arena fighter with 2v2 or 3v3.

Imagine the best teamfight you've had in any moba and then imagine having that in every round, while taking away the boring stuff like minions.
